If you look under the truck at about center of the door, there is a hex head facing the ground. Turn that one.

Well you have those 2 big like 3/4in bars that run front to back and on the front end (right under where the transmission bolts to block) and each bar has a big hex bolt RIGHT? YEAH.. Just loosen those an equal amount, as low as you want, but make sure there even, right? I hope im makin sence, cuz i dont wanna screw this up and have sumthing go wrong when im going dowm the highway or drag strip or something dumb...

Just a safety tip, put some blocks under the frame when doing this. I had one of the adjuster bolts snap on my 79 4x4 when I lifted it. The frame came down hard on the block of wood I had under it so luckily I didn't end up a LUV pancake under the truck. The planetisuzoo link above have a very good how to and the pictures are very similar to what a luv looks like. Don't forget to make a trip to the alignment shop pretty soon after you lift/lower so you don't eat up front tires like mad.

Its best not to go for one big insane drop.

Do it an inch at a time and then drive the truck around the block or roll it backwards and forwards a few times. That will give the suspension and tyres a chance to unload and settle.

No such thing as dumb questions, just dumb answers.
