This is a pretty old thread, so I don't know if you still need this info or not, but I think it is probably 2". I don't have a LUV anymore, so I can't go out and measure it. But considering they came with only 75hp, I can't see it being any bigger than 2", and I've never heard of anything smaller than that on a truck.
