I know alot of you have knowledge, and i will post pics as i go to show what ive done... also anyone here know of any good seats that will look good in the LUV that way i can re-upholster them to go woth the rest of the theme... Ditto. Great stuff. Make sure to apply it to both pieces, let it dry a bit and then position it correctly before you set it firm. I use a dry weenie roller to smooth it all out once I've got my pieces together.

If you wanted to do pieces of the dash in woodgrain, you could try something like this:

Another option might be a 'wood veneer' vinyl applique (decal). I'm sure this is pricey, but you get the idea...

Keep us posted with some photos on what you decide to do. Have fun :D

I'm gonna be using paneling the kind that you see on your walls in old trailers and the like, so it will have to be a good solid glue that wond come apart on me, its not like a roll on type of paper or the like im usung actual wood wall paneling... Oh and would anyone know of a good center consol that would fit in a luv, that also has the hand break at your side and not under the dash?

thanks
Dustinicus

Here's a link with some photos of what a few folks have done for seats:

Also here's lots more photos of ctman's interior:

Kevin just redid his 400K daily driver with mostly stock Mikado stuff, but I think he has a Toyota seat...

Crappy pics, but here's mine:

And another member sent me this (sorry I forgot who) when I was looking for a bench. I think it's out of a Mazda pickup...

Here's my 2 cents worth as of now! These came out of a 1988 Hyundai Excel sedan! (Of all things! :?: ) They fit like a glove with only drilling a couple of holes. I am hoping in the next few weeks to install a center console from a 1993 Ford Explorer. That thing is huge inside for all my cd's, has cupholders, and a fold down armrest for comfort. I will post pics as soon as it's in!
