hello new to the luv. im trying to get mine up and running its been sitting for years. it starts right up now however, if i hit the gas to fast from idle it bogs out a bit but if i go slow then it idles up fine. and its been popping a bit when it idles down after a rev. any help would be greatful

Has it got a points distributor???

Check them and put a timing light on it.

Then worry the carby.
