 Post subject: new stock valvesprings

does anyone know where i can purchase, or if they even make new valvesprings for a g200 head? If so, where can i buy them.

Autozone has a pretty good selection of parts. Dunno if you have one in Deming. Anyway....

hey, thanks for the help, trying to get performance ones from australia is fruitless. i just dont know if the stock ones from auto zone will hold up to my camshaft, theres only one way to find out, so i ordered them anyway. Again, thanks for the help.

What part No were you after??/ I can make some inquiries.

Did you try a guy called Darren thru his website

Hes the man to talk to about G-series motors.


The early 1600 motors had bigger valves and dual springs, is it these you are after????


Surely in the good olde US of A you would be able to get your hands on some aftermarket springs that will do the trick.

maybe later, it depends if the ones i ordered work, if they bind, or break, ill look into the performance ones some more. thanks for the info though.
