I would buy a fiberglass dash.

I thought about building a "stock" shaped fiberglass or black carbon fiber dash.

Always thought a full carbon fiber dash would look awesome with billet accents. My 72 had a stock dash with 3/4 billet aluminum plates to replace the glove box and mount the AutoMeter gauges in.

Carbon fiber would have set it off.
