idk if it is or not it just came with my truck and b4 i cut the bolts off i want to know if its stock or not? or did the 76s didnt even come with a bumber idk

That doesn't look like the (2) "stock" rears that I've seen. It might have been a dealer add on or one of the previous owner may have added it.I had a 1977 that had a similar bumper on the back but it was white.

Looks aftermarket to me.
I don't know about the LUVs, but many mini trucks back then were sold without rear bumpers. So there are a lot of aftermarket rear bumpers out there.
