I just moved to Seattle a few months ago, and took my LUV as my daily driver. It didn't rain all that much where I used to live, so I didn't think about replacing the weather stripping. Anyways, every time it rains, the inside of my truck feels moist, but I can't actually see any sitting water inside. I've never weather proofed the inside of a car before, so are there any suggestions, or maybe a how-to guide for this sort of thing?

You just need to find out where the water is interring and seal the hole. It could be a windshield gasket. It could be the door seals. Maybe the side window seals.
Have the seats been swaped in it or has anyone drilled holes in the floor for things like CB or stereo wires?
Is it a pretty rotten truck? You might not have any floor board under your carpet/floor mat.
That's about all I can think of for now. Good luck.

Don't forget to check the rubbers around the windshield wiper spindles under the cowl. Those get cracked and dry rotted over time. Also you may even have some holes in the firewall under the glove box shelf if it used to have AC and was removed? I know I have holes in 2 of my trucks in that area. I think that is one of the spots the mice get into my firewood LUV at. Also if the shifter boots are ripped that may be a place too.
