Hi folks,

proud new owner of 1979 chevy luv 4x4, I just have a few questions about these trucks, how hard is it to convert my 1.8 isuzu engine over to HEI distributor, and also my truck needs a clutch put in it, ive never worked on a 4x4 as far as drivetrain goes, is it that big of a job or not???

The clutch is not much of a problem, I just yanked out the motor and tranny together and it wasn't hard. The throwout bearing is a pressed fit though. The distributer, there are several posts on how to. Good to hear from you.
