I was in the stand last year when this bad boy showed up. It was during the regular(rifle) season, and I had already tagged out during bow season.

Took every ounce of "ethical" hunter in me to watch him walk away.

I dont have a deer cam any more :(

The river flooded big time.... from what I could tell, it was over 12 feet deep where my stands were...

I have some pics of the aftermath tho... made a new canyon...where the road was. About 200 ft long and at least 50-75ft deep is missing out of the road

Round bails were turned over and some floated off....this is 2 acres or more inland!

So far I lost 2 stands one feeder and nearly lost 2 more stands and another feeder. That feeder has to get a new timer, it was under water too.

Them look like very nice deer :)
