The center bolts on each side are attached to the bed, so just the nuts loose on those 2. The set of bolts behind those towards the tailgate have the squares on their heads, so no need for a wrench up in there, just loosen the nuts on those. The other 6 are nuts and bolts. As was mentioned above, remove all the wiring (tail lights, marker lights, license plate light) and all the fuel lines that go to the evaporator tank. I marked each nozzle on the evaporator tank and each fuel line with a corresponding number on masking tape so I would make sure they went back together properly. The fuel filler hose screws need to be removed too. I left the hose attached to the tank and just left it hang there, but it would probably have been easier to remove it from the tank or bend it down and tie it so it will be more out of the way when you lift the bed off. I had my bumper already off and the tailgate off as well, that would make it as light as possible. A couple guys can get it off and on, but more people would be easier. It can't be too hard since I never knew anything about it before i did it. Just keep track of everything you undo for when you put it all back together. Good luck!
