Nice truck!
MS Peek...you can pick up a factory manual on ebay cheap (like for around $15.00), but a Haynes manual is still pretty good for figuring stuff out.
Nice to see a lady Luv'er around here. Take care of that good ole' truck!
And don't worry, if you get confused or stuck, people around here will jump right in and help ya, because that's the kind of place this site is.
thanks a bunnch. i already bought the haynes to cover my truck. i bought it before i even left my dads with the truck.
i got it off of ebay for about 5 bucks..
i am trying to take care of it. the 1st thing i bought 2 days after i brought the truck home was a locking gas cap. PAID OFF FOR SURE!!! my neighbors tried to pry it off, only popped one pin i guess. i have replaced it yesterday.
i am calling everywhere for an alarm on it.
i dont need anything fancy just something.
i dont have the truck club yet but i use an auto club upside down so you would have a little harder time than nothing.
i will get the clutch lock when i can. i am on ssi so funds are scarce. i have a video cam w/ night vision on it but i need to tape the activity around here
http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fusea ... 2033170655
but since i dont have an alarm i have to use the cam on my truck.
trust me the truck is watched, by me and my moronic neighbors. mom in law thinks i am paranoid over it. "its an old truck no one would want it" i know better! i also still only have 60, 247 org. miles on it. i cannot replace damage to it as easy as a new car, i somewhat can but pick a part would depreciate it . i am about to ask my dad if i can temp store it in his garage. but he is 30 miles away from me.he needed the room so thats why i have it.
i appreciate all you here in helping me as you have.
it's like we are one big family
