But seriously, from an old ex-bartender's point of view - I'd rather be in a room full of mellow, laid-back, relaxed pot-heads partying, than a room full of rowdy drunks any day.

I see nothing wrong with legalizing it, as long as it was for adult recreational use or necessary medical use, as long as it was properly regulated to control it's potency, and as long as proper under-age restrictions were put on it's sale and use to protect minors.

Oh yeah - I almost forgot....and as long as 1/2 off discount coupons for some type of munchies were offered with every purchase.

Which reminds me...now where did I put that bag of oreo's?

Well I care, and if you keep up the attitude being new here, well it might turn into a problem. I and most of us are very easy going here but you need to earn respect before you get respect! There pretty much NO reason a post that is 2 years old needs to be brought back up and as for not reading it, kind of hard not to when it is brought back up as a new post. Just because promoting illegal activities (not just pot) seem to be a main concern of yours is not a reason either. This reply is way out of character for me but when buttons get pushed.....

You were speaking to one of of the members here that volunteers his time to help keep this place afloat and always follows the rules around here...so that was a pretty asinine stunt you just pulled.

For a fairly new guy that hasn't contributed squat here to verbally attack such an long-term, kind-hearted and giving, well-liked member here for no apparent reason is unexcusable.

In case you are new to all of this, developing a sudden bad case of a keyboard warrior's version of tourette's syndrome is a great way around here,(or any other site) to get shown the door.

Obviously, that copious amounts of weed you've been smoking hasn't helped you as much as you think it has, if you can't tell when a post is 2 years old, or think that was an OK thing to do.

I presently own and operate a few sites myself, and have owned and ran quite a few in the past. Fortunately for you, I don't own or run this one, or that would have been your last little bit of sharing you would ever do around here.

Just kidding, but I do agree with Taz, dude chill out and look what this site has to offer before you shoot yourself in the foot.

Well I'm just gonna stop posting, I like this forum, So I'll keep reading. I've never disrespected any one who hasint come at me first. PM me or somthing, if you have an issue. I think everyone needs to chill. There is no set rule for bumping old posts. It is not the most courteous thing to do, but it is not always the most horrible thing either.

It is one thing when someone takes a question from 2003, entitled, "truck won't start" and replies to it with something like "have you checked your points" 4 years later.

It is entirely different in the lounge setting when a topic like this or the "lets see some faces" thread is brought back up.

Well, I've delt with the issue outside of this fourum, I appoligize if I offended anyone, but vice versa it takes respect to get respect. I may have been a bit out of line, I was sober the last few posts by the way. didn't get my check till today so I'm all peachy again. Sorry for the drama.
