Look at NASCAR these days. Chevys are built in Canada, Fords in Mexico The Germans own Chrysler and Toyotas are built in USA. Go figure.

Must be some pussy ricers. I dont care if it has 5 times the whp as me I'll still race. I smoke alot of faster cars than me on the streets, only cause my balls are filled with jet fuel and i'll weave through traffic.

Only time my ricer was devistated was by a dodge honey bee truck with the viper moter. Burned rubber for a block and passed me while i never lossed traction. I had no clue what it was and took my car to get checked out (thougt it was broken cause i lossed so bad to a truck) told them the story and they explained i never had a chance against the truck :( and my car is fine.

This is the reason most of us laugh at the ricers.

i'm thinking about an rx 7 with a sbc. that would be pretty bad ass. 5- 600 hp with about that much torque. definitely not something you'd see every day. while i do respect the rotary engines they have. they don't have the brute low end torque a good headed 383 will. nor will it ever sound like something i'd personally prefer to drive.

RX7 are pretty bad ass cars. I've seen one spit out the spider gears in a 9" rear end. But they also require alot of maintence, and with only 4 moving parts, not to many people have alot of know how but i Know an RX7 expert, so if you do get it and have a question I'll run it buy him. I was thinking of putting a twin turbod gen 3 wikel rotory in my luv but I've decided to try and rebuild the g180 and turbo that.

Small cars with v8's aren't ricers anymore. They're racers! I had a Triumph TR7 with a 350 SBC, great car.

I've know a guy that lives out by Ocean Shores, Wa with an older 240Z with a SBC in it and it hauls butt...and he beats up on ricers constantly with it.

He's got it all decked out real retro lookin' with flames.

I always wanted a Morris Minor with A small block or a Metropolition with a small block. Are those ricers?

Has anyone ever seen Jay Lenos Ford Festiva with a 460? It gave my Hayabusa a challenge on Mahauland.
