It might take some trimming around the steering wheel at the firewall, and around the shifter. It does depend on how high you go. Under 2 inch and it doesn't take much. Any more than 2 inch and it starts to get worse fast. You also want to watch the fuel hardlines where they attach to the cab, right near the fuel pump. Might need to get longer rubber between the pump and the steel lines.
Keep an eye on any wires around too, there is a ground from the trans to the cab that snaps when you lift the cab, and that may or may not bring up all sorts of electrical gremlins.
You are right on the cab though, 6 mounts and it is up. If you have a pickup bed (what do you call them down there, utes?) they have about 10 mount points.
