I want to move my firewall and peddels out about 3 inches. I'm too tall with my new seats, and i want more peddle play any advise on how to get this done?

Start cutting and hope for the best. But it's probably alot more work than you anticipate doing.

Putting in the wrong seats can be a pain in the rear BUT nothing like you are thinking about ,as moving the firewall and the pedals also includes the steer collum mount and steer shaft. One of to things comes to mind 1-get different seats 2-extend the back of the cab, both would be easier then the fire wall.

I've decided instead of relocating fire wall or back of cab, to get a smaller steering wheel, and maby shorten steering colum how hard would that be?

Now would be the best time to consider a swap to a tilt colum with the smaller wheel.

Oh for pete's sakes!

Just admit it...you put in the wrong seats.

Now just confess up and go to the nearest junkyard (with a tape measure this time) and get some better ones.

J/K...lol

A tilt wheel would be nice...

No way I like these seats they are from our eclipse that got kissed by the freeway wall. Girlfriend did it. any way tilt collum sounds nice, I also wanted to do power steering also. so what donor Vehicle would work the best?
