There's also a thread about trooper discs and calipers on a LUV, trooper discs are vented

Check around the wrecking yards and see if you can buy the whole thing or most of it cause it will have the front upper control arms, power steering, and rear springs to build yours with.

ok, so i got my rotors in just a little bit ago.

prior to installing them, i still had the overcut stock luv rotors on there, and while driving i kept hearing what i thought was a wheel bearing going bad.

checked everything a little while ago and found the driver front bearing wasn't tightened enough. tightened it enough to prevent wobble and went just a little past that.

installed new trooper rotors and put everything back together.

went for a drive, and the slight grinding noise is back.

lifted the front and i hear it from the front driver side wheel. i turn it by hand and i can feel a slight drag where it sounds like the rotor is wobbly. these are BRAND NEW rotors! what gives??? i've never had this much noise come from a rotor swap before!
