If you can locate a set of exhaust manifolds from a 77 odd-fire Buick, you can use them. The only mod needed to fit them is to grind some metal from the head because the drivers side manifold will hug the block and there's some interference at one spot. I've used the same manifolds on 4 different Buick motors. The original setup i had used the stock crossover that joined together below the starter and i had single exhaust. Going to a dual exhaust setup was a breeze. The drivers side exhaust crossed over to the passenger side of the truck after the tranny. Both mufflers are under the bed, positioned with the wide part of the mufflers going up and down, and the passenger side exhaust crossing over to the drivers side of the truck to help equalize the tube lengths. This is one way to skin that cat.

If i would have thought it thru some more, i would have seen that! Yes, that would be the smart thing to do. And you would'nt have to remove any metal to fit that side. The trick is to find one. Good luck.
