Has anyone made a removable trans cross member to be used with
the stock torsion bars - something that is strong enough so the
torsion bars dont twist it up. I'm thinkin about makin one, before
the 383/trans goes in. (so the trans is easy to remove)

Ive heard of a couple of people here using cross members you can get at Jegs or Summit. Leads me to beleive theyve probably converted to coil overs though.
