it is working great for me, anyway, take a shitty flat screwdriver and break off the plastic handle. cut a notch about 1 inch down the middle of the blade end of the screwdriver. insert into 1/4 inch die grinder, fold up a piece of emery cloth and stick it in the slot. bend the emery cloth a little bit to get it into the port. press trigger and let the fun begin! oh be sure to grind off the little tabs on the shaft of the screwdriver that held it in the plastic. they get in the way of the grinder chuck.

A wad of the aluminum mag wheel polish that looks like cotton (a couple of different maufacturers make it) will really slick it out. use it to final hone after you get it close with the emery cloth. we use it to ahem, blueprint, our cart carbs.

A lot of guys lay the gasket over the head, intake and exhaust, slide them on the stud to line em up mark the areawith a white grease pen and take offthe restrictiver area. Smooth the transition and open the flow a little more. That way you don't cut too deeply and you have matched flow which will work better for you.

Use blue Layout dye. Brush on, it only takes a little bit to dry. then scribe your line.. Dyechem? or something is a name brand. You can get some at your FLAPS.

Grandmaster of the "Shade Tree" way.. I can't see the yard for all the cars. Come on down and we will sit on the porch and watch the grass grow.
