Anyone know what kida fuel pump would be a good replacement for a 76?

She goes down the road and dies, in checking the filter (I love clear filters) there is merely a trickle of fuel going in there.

Let me know some part nos if you gots them!

The actual replacement pump when I checked at Napa was over a 100 bucks. I just went with the $30 universal instead...

The one that I was looking at said that it was keyed off the oil pump. I thought that was doo-doo.

But in any case. Is it OK to get the electronic rather than the electric?

Well, I found what the problem was. It wasn't the pump after all. It was the fuse block.

I was running down the road, and the GEN light came on. So I opened the hood and saw that the Alternator was happy, so I reached under the jumper block out of a hunch and there was a crapload of loose wires. I got her home and started replacing the ends, and Bingo, all problems went away.
