I think the vacuum fitting for the PCV is pressed into the intake plenum below the carb base, that way it's still there no matter what carb is used. If there are two fittings in this area use the larger for the PCV, the smaller is a good source of distributor vacuum. After hooking it up make sure you have a filtered fresh air source into the top back of the valve cover, either hook the hose up so it draws air through the air cleaner or install a filter into the valve cover. The excessive blow-by you currently have should reduce as the newly rebuilt engine seats together after complete break in. If using a filter make sure to keep it clean, if it gets oil soaked it can't function.
