Freind of mine had a cutlass that had a similar noise. Ended up being something in the trans.

well i can honestly say the guy that owned my luv before needs to have moron stamped on his forehead.....for starters..... instead of taking rear bumper off he cut it off with a torch but left the bracket on the frame.....number two the temkin bearing in the rear he replaced but didnt put grease on them when he out them in.......found that one out in the middle of a horse pasture in four wheel drive when it blew the bearing...and i could go on and on....some people just shouldn't be allowed to work on vehicles sorry all the last post mentioned previous owners and it just infuriates me :(

that would be one hell of a truck if you ran it off of tap water.

yah i know it has been done before too all it does is breaks up h20 into hydrogen by sending electrical frequency pulses to it using a circuit and you would have to modify carb a little by a fuel cell use ceramic coated valves and exaust or stainless steel parts their is a lot to it and of course hydrogen is damned explosive so ever hear of h-bomb yah so you have to have gauges to watch psi of
it and a safty release valve, somehow it would have to work if you got in a wreck too thinkin bout that one funny tap water that would kill you :?
