Look in the parts manual. Do you have a repair manual? If not you really need one.

Thanks. I figured it out last night. I had to walk away for a few minutes and give my eyes and brain a rest then I figured it out immediately.
I don't have a shop manual and I don't usually buy them because I have "all data" on my computer but it only goes back to 81 and there's no diagrams of the carburetor for that year either. Guess I'll be buying a shop manual in the near future.

Factory manuals can be found cheap on e bay. This is a must have. I too have access to all data, Mitchell on demand and I still own a factory manual.

The only mechanical difference I know of between the Series 9 & 10 4x4 trucks is the clutch & flywheel; Series 10 uses an 8-1/2" clutch & matching flywheel (same setup as used on all trucks with the 1.9 engine) while the Series 9 uses the same 8" clutch & matching flywheel used on 2wd trucks with the 1.8 engine.

Awesome! I'll just look for a series 10 to be on the safe side.
