I just found these BMW 325I seats that fit pretty good and the two outside holes in the floor lined up perfect with the seat brackets. There are only the holes on the inside to drill and the inside front rails will need a spacer as they are 1.5" above the floor. I was going to use some tubing as a spacer.

I put '76 toyota celica seats in my LUV. I did have to weld up a frame though. Thing I like the best is that you can put a tool box behind each seat and carry most of your stuff 'out of sight'.

I think pretty much any bucket seat should fit with the same amount of work, these are sportz seats from Sewfine, at the time they made a bracket with the luv hole pattern and I just had to drill the inside holes. If I get the interior out soon, I will take pictures of the mounts.
