my exhaust header has a crack in it what is the best way to fix it without replacing it

Have a muffler shop look at it and see if it can be welded up.

i have a tig and a mig welder what one should i use and does anybody what it would cost me for a header

I prefer TIG. Is this a header or manifold?

its the header also what do i need to test my gas tank sending unit

Ground the wire going to it, if the gauge goes to full then everything from the wire to the gauge works. If the sending unit is out of the tank use a ohm meter.
