Ok i am outside right now trying to get everything going onto my truck and i got a problem! i do not know were this little plate/spacer thing goes....

It is in the pic i got it bolt on with 1 bolt look at where the flywheel is suppose to go. I got brand new clutch set turned fly wheel i am trying to put this motor in today so please respond quick who ever can thanks alot!

I cant get the pilot bearing out either for some reason....Does anyone know how to get the pilot bearing out?

I think the plate/shim goes between the flywheel and crank.. To get the pilot bering out. A slide hammer will get it out. If u don't have one, pack the end of the crank with axle grease the drive a rod the diameter of the inside hole of the bearing. This will force the bearing out with hydraulic pressure. Good luck.

I just went and rented a bearing puller and a slider hammer. going to get that dam thing out tomarrow and put it in the truck i hope...

Rick is correct that the shim goes between the flywheel and the end of the crank.
