Just wanted to see if anyone had done the MSD 6A box and Pertronix combo. I finally broke down and tackled this project. Question if you did do this combo did you use any of the negatives on the coil itself? I removed everything from inside of coil and only use wires from the pertonix straight to the MSD box and the thing runs fine. Am I going to f something up by not utilizing the negatives on the coil.

Just wondering! So long points though!!!!

You can Google the MSD 6A model number and get a downloadable installation sheet with all of the installs from points to mag pickups. Thats what I did.

I did that exactly the way it said but can i eliminate the ground on dizzy itself? It runs with out it but will i jack it up not having that ground hooked up? Im thinking if the MSD box is grounded and its grounded through the pertronix then it should be good?
