You can by brand new door lock cylinders from Autozone. I don't know if you have them in Washington. I went to "autozone.com", you can check if there is a store close to you. I typed in 1980 Chevy LUV like mine for the "add a vehicle", so I'm pretty sure it will fit all early LUV's. The price will probably vary in different regions, so be aware. I found two options: Part No.DL15250,Black,Two locks-with key,$16.99. Part No.DL15800,Chrome,Two locks-with key,$11.99. I bought the chrome ones for my truck. They were a little tight when installing. I hit up the doors with a file around the hole where the cylinders go in, and there fine now. Remember the experienced mechanics advice; take apart one door at a time. When putting everything back together, you can look at the other door that is still original, in case you happen to doubt how you took it apart. Good Luck!
