can I delete the smog pump on this thing? if so... how? also i need lowering tips until i can afford my bags....thanks for any and all help!

Do you have to smog it where you live? If yes, then leave it on, and remove the belt.

If you want to remove it, all i did was take it off, and plug the vacuum lines where all the emissions gabage went on, save the ignition advance.

I dont need to smog it here.... I live in rural Idaho amongst the farmers so it will never get checked. 1980 luv 2x4, I took the belt off but would like to do away with the whole system. any help on what to do?

If you do decide to get rid of your smog pump. You could sell to a CA Luv owner. We have to smog our vehicles that are 1976 and newer.
But Tundra is right about takign the belt off the smog pump.
