 Post subject: drive shaft

how do i take the end of my drive shaft off i took the little pins out but i can't get it off please help.

if i remember, the driveshaft is bolted together- two flat surfaces with bolts thru them. after the bolts sre removed, there are still two little studs connecting one plate to the other. maybe a good whack?!?

Id wait for a second opinion though. strange thing, my ford 9 has the same set up, only beefier. :twisted: mmmmm beeeeef.

after rereading your post, im not sure if i tried to answer what you were asking. :?
If your trying to remove the u joints, remove the c clips and support one side- take a socket and whack the other side. should inch it along out da hole.
