You can see several of them looking in the wheel well. Look for mounts that come up from the frame and meeting the bed. If I recall correctly, there are 5 per side. You might have to crawl under there with a flashlight and really look, but they are not too hard to find.
The only wires you should have to deal with are right at the rear by the license plate, and for hoses you have the large filler hose and three that go into the expansion chamber hidden behind the cover inside the bed on the driver's side, just ahead of the fender. Take off the cover and pull the hoses loose, then feed them down under the bed and it should be free. Label the hoses though, so you can get them back in the right spots, and plug them off so bugs and dirt don't end up in your fuel tank. They will also leak fuel if they get below the level of the gas in the tank, trust me on that one.
