What is the original rim width and tire sizes on a 2WD 1980 Luv?

Which translates pretty closely to a 195/75R14 in modern metric sizing. I think the wheels are 14x5, but I'm not 100% sure on that width.

Whoa, deja vu...

Yea that sounds about right, I was just looking at my rims, which I'm sure are original, and that was the measurement, 14X5

14 x 5

When the body shape changed i think that was when they went to the 14 x 5.5" rim.

The trooper has 15x6" inch rims that are a bolt on fit and pretty right on the offset.

Ive got some nice fat 14 x 7 and 14 x 8 inch rims here and i was going ot have a go at swapping the centres over and get them under the back.

Bob.
