 Post subject: rpms and oil pressure

i was wonderin bout how high of rpm's the luv can take

and what psi of oil pressure it should run also

sorry i am a newbie thanks in advance

oh also i need to find where some one sells the offenhauser intake and

Mepr told me bout the hard to find rv cam which i dont know to find also

well as for the rpm's.ive held my to the floor in 1st gear low loc tell it sounds like its going to blow in a million pieces.and that was after i topped the hill or come out of the mud hole lol.i dont think they will blow up.

man its like at 2grand its screamin like its goin to blow up in first and second gear but third and forth is not that bad but i figure 3000 is normal shiftin right :?:

psshh... ive gotten my old luv upt to almost 5 grand before, i doubt those engines can blow up.

right on well how bout oil pressure now that i feel safe bout rpms cause i found an oil psi gauge in are garage i was like sweet freebie

Your oil pressure should range between 40 and 60 lbs. thats where mine stays at.
