I have a 81 4x4 gas Luv. Does anyone know where I can get a vacuum line diagram for this truck? Can't find one in my area. Also, does anyone know if reg gas affects the performance of the older trucks ? I'm thinking that with the change in octane levels and removal of lead in the gas today that performance may be affected. Thanks

are you sure it wasn't designed to use unleaded? my 1980 4x4 is marked "unleaded fuel only" above the gas fill area. I have the diagram out of a series 10 shop manual. I'm not sure if the 81 is a series 10 or 11, or if the emissions systems are the same. (mine has no emissions and is marked "non-catyletic" under the hood. If it will help I'll scan it and post it.
