What's the most extensive cab repair you done to your LUV?

I have three cabs, all with differing rust issues. One has pin holes in the back panel, another has previous mods and welds that are now rusted and the third has rust holes in the roof, door window channels, rockers and floor.

This is by far the best of the 3

Three cabs and all of them have rust holes in the lower portion of the radiator support. Does this seem like a common issue?

How the hell do you get rust on the top of the cab? (From that antenna hole?)

From what I can tell, the white cab was a service truck, original title is from a local oil company. So, right, probably an antenna or light bar of some sort.

Anyone ever replace the rockers on a Luv? I'm toying with the idea of repairing the White. It all boils down to the back cab panel. Theres a structural cab brace in the light blue cab that a little rusty. The White cabs back panel is good.

Thoughts?
