And it was crap... First time i tried it, the brakes were not holding. Just went through to check everything out. Tried to make a second pass, gonna spray it that time. Nope... Had a few leaks on the system, got those sorted out. Fired up the LUV and turned the system on, and HOLY (*&^%. Not sure what is stuck, but it was hitting the juice all by itself. (It is on a throttle switch, shouldn't do that) Took that as a sign to call it a nite. On a good note, it seemed to like the dope...

Pretty much. I generally hook good there though. The issue was with the brakes. I tried to do a burnout, and it was pushing it. What looks like more wheelspin partway through was actually me letting off the brakes and mashing it...

"Nitrous is like a hot chick with an STD you cant wait to nail it, but are scared of the consquences." - luvit80. hahaha i love that..

anyways.. im new to racing and was wanting some advice on my truck.

we are planning on running a 400-500hp motor, powerglide tranny, and ford 9in rear.
at our track it seems that everyone uses latterbars on there luvs. is that the best way to do it?

This is only my opinion. If you run at more than one track, ladder bars are more consistent, 4 link is MAYBE a little quicker, but you have a tendency to have to readjust for each track. However, at that power range, you should be fine on the stock leafs...

I agree...I am at about that power range...stick with leafs and slappers....atleast until you get the virus and want to go faster and starting adding hp.....sticking 500hp with a small slick or drag radial should be no problem...
