crossram big block? i cant tell if thats a cooling crossover like a poncho or the intake.

Small Block 302 1969 Smokey Yunick GM contracted Prototype Hemi head small block Chevrolet engine.

I think only 20 were made.

From what I recall, at the time Yunick did these heads, they never fulfilled the volume expectations that were demanded of the design profile...
However, today we see a very successful SB2.2 head design very similar to these but having rolled over valves to satisfy the flow demands!

Its too bad these never made production as the Boss 302 Cleveland/Windsor head did...
One can only dream of the net results had these heads ran as intended!

One really big note about these heads, if you notice in the intake mounting to the head placement: they are not at a 45* angle; they are straight down; NO SBC head of that time had this until the Vortecs were released!

huh thats wierd, the plugs dont go stright down. Its not a hemi unless the wires go through the valve cover in my book!
