A little rust can raise all kinds of problems, but this one has me stumped. Hood latch won't release resulting in broken cable. Any secrets to getting hood open short of hot wrench? I removed front hinges but still can't get to latch without damaging hood. Not an engineering milestone for easy access. I'm 83 now and can still crawl under truck. Crawling out is a different story! If you know the secret, please share. Would love to get back on the road....Thanks
