Hello, my first post. I have a 1982 Chevy Luv Diesel 4wd. The drivers interior door handle broke the other day. I am having a hard time finding a replacement. Any leads or links appreciated. I am also looking for sun visors, and seat belts. Any suggestions for aftermarket stuff that might work is fine with me.

And has anyone ever order a replacement seat upholstery set from CarID? I want to make sure I am getting the right thing, no returns and 15-16 week lead time, and no picture to look at. I am pretty sure it is the vinyl seat with all the pleating to match original but I am not totally sure.

And last question, I don't see thee classifieds section on this forum or I would have looked there?

Door handle, or door latch?

The same door latch assembly was used in Isuzu P'ups and Pickups from 1981-1994. Also, Isuzu Rodeos and Amigos through 1994, and Troopers through 1991. Aftermarket replacements are available in a variety of colors on eBay.

The door handle. The plastic lever one would grab to open the door from the inside. the handle broke away from the assembly the other day,

I guess I wasn't clear, my fault. What I call "door handle" is the armrest. The "lever" is the latch handle, which is part of the latch assembly. Those should be available from the vehicles I listed earlier (and on eBay).
