Hello from Germany!
I´m KLE, born in 1968 and I´m building street legal customs in Germany for my own with little budgets.
I bought this LUV 2WD at a junkyard in Germany. The car was built in 1980.

There are a lot of parts missing including the engine/gearbox. It is almost hopeless to find these parts in Germany, neither from a Chevy LUV nor from an Isuzu KB, as both were not sold in Germany.
I want to use the frame to build a street-legal hotrod, which is very difficult in Germany because of the legal regulations. These regulations are very strict in Germany, but there are always ways. That's why I will always have questions that will be difficult for US citizens to understand and I hope to be able to ask them here.
The first question: What offset do the original LUV rims have? It is possible to mount other rims in Germany, but they must have the same or more positive offset if nothing else has been tested on the vehicle.
BTW: This is my ratrod, which I want to build in parts on the LUV frame. But when I build it, it will look different again.

It is impossible to get it street legal in Germany. That's why I'm making a second attempt. The basis is a 1960 Framo V901/2, a small truck built in the GDR.
