Found my annoying exhaust leak today, it was that p.o.s. EGR tube.
So you can guess what happened to the EGR...

Anyone else removed their EGR system? Was wondering which if any vac line needs to be capped? For now I have only capped the holes on both maifolds, seems to run ok.

Crimped for now, will plug later when I have a better reason to get under the intake manifold.

that happened to mine. Then i couldnt get the tube off the manifold so my hand was forced into getting a header.
Seriously though, if your exsaust gas tube is disonected you should also probly plug off the vac hoses going to the valve itself. If you dont you can end up getting un filter air into the engine and running down a dirt road that could turn bad...

Will do, soon as I figure out which to plug. If anyone has a picture, that would be great.
