I was just wondering if I but bigger shocks on my Luv meaning length so say if they where say 2 or 3 in longer than the stock ones would the truck still drive like normal? And would it lift the truck that height to?

Shocks do nothing for ride height (unless they are air shocks, which will affect ride quality). If you get regular shocks a couple of inches longer all they are going to do is bottom out faster because they will be compressed at your current ride height.
