First, hello everyone.

Yes, I'm new here, but I'm not new to Isuzus or Isuzu 4x4's

Next I apologize if this thread violates your forum rules, if so please delete it and contact me directly.

Now, the reason I am here.

The Ausstralian locker manufacturer Aussie Locker has produced a few prototype lockers for the Isuzu 10-bolt front axle. Its a drop in locker that repaces the spider gears, a "lunch box locker" if you prefer.

From what I know, they should fit the rear 10bolt axles as well. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

They are trying to determine the actual interest to determine if they are going to go forward with production.

So how many would be interested in a 10-bolt locker?

PS I get nothing out of this, I don't work for Aussie Locker, I'm only doing this to help fellow Isuzu owners.

As far as I know it should fit, but I can't confirm. Aussie Locker should be able to find out for themselves in Australia by checking a rear end from a 72-85 or so Isuzu KB pickup/rodeo, troopers 84-86, and a lot of Gemini cars. If it fits one of those, it should drop into a LUV rear end too. It is not like there is a whole lot of reason to try swapping the front 10 bolt stuff into the rear of a LUV, so I don't know if you will find anyone that has actually tried it to confirm for you. If it does fit, I'd say there would be a a bigger market for the thing as a rear locker than there is for front ends.
