looking for a replacement to bore-out-shave-head-cam-get a fresh start any good companies!!!!!! or sites and i want a re-man

why not just stick a 4ZE1 or 4ZD1 in there and be done with it? you'll have a bigger more powerful engine in there that opens the options up a little

But why put a reman in? If it where me i'd go with 800's dream setup,

4ZE1 block/head
4ZD1 intake
Weber 38/38 DGES carb
Delta cam (my idea)
MUA-5 out of a Trooper

with that setup you'd have plenty of power to play with, and it would run about as much as getting a reman 1.8 and then building that up.
