I just bought a 82 diesel 4x4 stock height I was just wondering were a good place to get lift kits for it and how big of a lift would I have to put on to fit 33x12.50s thanks

You can get body lifts at any place that sells performance accessories lifts. Calmini makes 2" suspension lifts for 1984-1986 Troopers which have very similar frames and mechanics as 1st gen LUVs. Still in the process of figuring out if that kit would work on the LUV, cause i don't know if it will for sure, and I don't know if 2nd gen LUVs have the same suspension as 1st gens, but that is all the info I know of for lifts. the 3 inch body lift wont fit 33's though, I know it wont on a 1st gen atleast but I'm assuming it wont on yours
