My life seems to be up and down lately. I guess thats better than being boring right? Amid all the vacation, job, death, and crash stuff, weve been waiting for approval of getting our house refinanced and getting rid of some bills. We got approval on the mortgage and got rid of a couple bills now and hopefully everything will turn around now. At least now we can get rid of one of our peice of crap cars and get something decent. Talked to the wife about the Scion XB. I drove/ cleaned one up for an auto show last week and fell in love with it. It had all the options you can get though. Mine wont. Lowering kit and wheels are all Im adding. Wife doesnt like the looks of them, so I had to talk her into it.

Hey, I can relate to that. Just now deciding to pull myself out of the financial gutter in which eveyone who has a daily job at which they work, seems to find themselves. Been trying so hard and the more you try the deeper you get. Damn. You think you're clear for a month and realize you forgot a bill which the next month, the payment only pays the interest.

Yep. Dedt is a constant battle. We were doing good for a while until both of our cars had major malfunctions and our furnace broke. That set us way back. Tax return will help a bunch, but we are looking long term. Thats why we decided to refinance. Dont realy want to take on a car payment after just getting rid of the last one, but at this point I think the cost of constant repair is going to be just as bad. If I can get into the Scion, its cheap and economical. Which works uot great at this point,
