A guy on another forum had some seat tickets for this concert sat. night in Portland and he broke up with his girl so he decided not to go. He sold me both tickets for $70. They have been sold out for months. This is going to be a kickass show. Linkin Park, Hoobastank, POD and Story of the Year will be there.

sorry....had to gloat

linkin park are sell outs :2gunfire:

i listened to them when they first came out. i actually still have there first demo tape ( yes tape, close to 4 years old)
i know consider them a teeny bopper band. i've met chester myself at one of there concerts and i can tell you he's a whinny bitch.he acts like a 5 year old when he doesn't get his way.

i wouldn't give them the time of day now. they have a couple good singles but after they did the reanimation cd they went down the hole (atleast in my head) if they were a real group they wouldn't of remixed there first cd. sounds like to me they couldn't think of any new songs to write.

they were in my town a couple weeks ago and one of my buddies went and said he was stuck there with pretty much all 15 year olds that thought they were cool. he was pissed he paid 40 bucks a piece for the tickets.

hoobastank is pretty good but i've never liked the bible thuppers p.o.d.

The concert was actually pretty good. I was surprised at how many older people there were there. I was also a 18+ concert, so that eliminated most of the teeny boppers. Story Of the Year put on a alright show, Hoobastank was awesome, a bunch of girls were flashing their titties during that one :D . POD put on a killer show, some new songs I haven't heard before. Then Linkin Park....They kicked ass. It was the best show I have ever beent too. They sang some unreleased songs that aren't on any of their albums. It was a really good show. Sorry that your friend didn't have fun, but I had a blast.

i would have spent the money on metallica/godsmack tickets, now those are badass bands. i heard from a few friends that it was a cool concert, tittie flashing is something i always enjoy, but i am not into the whole punk rock or whatever that stuff is. i like ac/dc, g&r, godsmack, metallica, offspring, ozzy, black sabbath, white zombie, rob zombie, i even enjoy listenig to manson, i just wont pay to support him, so i download his music , i dont buy it.

Yeah I like the metal bands too. But since it was valentines day I had to go to a concert that the wife would enjoy too.
