my exhaust was trashed on my bike, a buddie bought a yamaha maxim and gave me the 4-1 header that came w/ it extra. well it would bolt up n/p but wouldnt seal at all.....the solution? well Jesse James makes custom pipes all the time...fuck i can do that

first i cut the tops off both sets. i cut both at 8" from the top but ended up having to trim the kawa ones down more to make the header sit high enough



next mocked up and tacked in place



CAREFULLY remove and weld up solid.



remember kids...do NOT weld in flannel



welds ground down and smoothed and a couple fresh coats of BBQ black paint



and right after her maiden voyage:D
