Looking good! That is a good question about clearances, are you two going to have to make some more room or maybe a 2 piece drive shaft for more flex, or does everything fit just peachy with no clearance issues? Again sweet job guys!

the driveline hit the cab before the frame was even 3 inches from the ground. were going to be putting a pretty tall driveline tunnel in this.

im headed out to his house in a bit to work on it some more. ill have some more pics later tonite.

well im back, and im dead tired. but im gonna post up the pics for yall.

the truck is truely laying frame now. the ins nothin that hangs below the frame anymore, other than the exhaust. that goofy crossmeber the fuel pump mounts to is gone, a part of the tranny crossmeber is gone. it lays hard!

we also got the rear bag mounts done, and tested the fit of the bags. everything is gonna work awsome.

the now is also a part of the cab floor missing. we cut most of the driveline tunnel out, so that it could lay out with the driveline attached to the rear. pinion angles look to be okay. we wont find out till he drives it, but we have alot of adjustablity with the 4 link.

anyways, heres the pics... theres alot.

im not sure if im gonna go out to the house tomorrow. ive been having some back problems and need to get it fixed.

lee did say that he was gonna paint the frame and all the stuff, and try and get the bed cut out and mounted.

if i go out tomorrow, ill be sure to get more pictures.

What a cool project. I read it all, and looks like Pee Roy and Farmer Joe are having themselves a time of it. Creme soda helps you weld a better bead...LOL. Great work and I hope it finishes well. Will be watching the thread...love seeing the pics. Who's the greasy monkey on the floor? I'm guessing Pee Roy. Wish I was there too.

On your tunnel use the piece you cut out lift the back and weld in some wedge shape metal and it will look stock when your done.

well i guess yesterday was eventful for lee and chet. i didnt make it out, but i wish i had!!

they got the bridge welded in, new shocks mounted, painted everything and got the bed cut and on the truck. then this morning lee got the all the bags and valves for the back plumbed and wired. when i got there we put the gas tank back in the bed and got the fuel line all buttoned back up so that itd run again.

so i guess you guys want to see some pictures now right??

here ya go!!

we also started tearing apart the front tonite. i got everything apart, and now we just have to cut out all the stuff thats not going to be needed and thats in the way. on the front setup, im kinda flying blind on how everything is goin to work, since theres very little space to use, but i think its gonna work out very well.

im gonna get off work early tommorow, and me and lee are goin to bust ass on the front setup. we wanna get the truck back on the road for the 1st idaho meet on saturday. at the rate were working now, i wouldnt be surprised if we have this thing rollin by thursday.

anyways, more pics to come tomorrow.

what size bag do you guys have there it looks like you guys have a 2600 bag if so it need to be a 2500 bag if any thing is rubbing the bag it will pop it sooner than latter lust a thought if you get a 2500 bag then you can move the bag back about a 1/4" or so if the bag is not hitting then cool but i have bags pop for no reason or so i thoght as the more air that is in the bag with the bounce of the truck + bag xspanding ever so slitely = a bit of rubbing some times you need to air it up and jack it up and look all around take all the time you need but it looks sweet you guys kick butt i just wonted to throw a tidbit out there

no the front bags arent rubbin on anything. when its got full pressure in the front, they come very close to to touching the top of the spindle, but still has like an 1/8 gap.
